This city is soaked to the core. And inept planning and execution means: clogged drains, no drains, flooded houses, bad roads, stressed out commuters... and the list goes on and on. We're safe for the moment. But everybody is vulnerable. Nature doesn't discriminate.

Ahh, just when I was getting used to riding a bike underwater,it all stops.
The State oh so generously gives school and college goers two good days off "on account of heavy rainfall", and it suddenly gets all sunny.
Guess what, the weather hates the CM just as bad as the rest of us.
